  1. Masters playdowns changed to 8 ends.
  2. We will attempt to place Master playdowns on weekends (maybe Thursday to Sunday).
  3. Seniors and Masters Playdowns are limited to a maximum of two games per day.
  4. All other categories can play 3 per day if needed with an attempt to keep a limit of one 3 game day per event for a team.
  5. We will start districts on Friday (AM if a large number of entries) in an attempt to eliminate play on Monday.
  6. All Southerns will be 2 games per day – Friday to Monday.
  7. Pins will be distributed in Juveniles, Juniors, Womens (if a district is held), Seniors, and Masters.
  8. A Southern Social will be held in Bantams, Juveniles, Juniors, Seniors, Masters, and Mixed.
  9. Districts will be temporarily eliminated (until the number of entries warrants re-instatement) for Senior Women, Women’s, Junior Women, Juvenile Women, Mixed.
  10. We have reduced the number of Districts for Masters (from 2 to 1),  Senior Men (from 3 to 2), Men’s (from 3 to 2 plus the last chance).
  11. In the event that there are under 3 Southern spots allocated to a District playdown, we will run a double Knockout or Round Robin (determined by the complexity and length of the draw).
  12. Berths to the Southerns from the Districts will be allocated based on the proration of the number of entries as in the past.
  13. We will reduce the size of the Southerns for all categories based on the following formula:

# of Entries                   Southern Size

over 20 teams                          16

16 – 20 teams                          12

under 16 teams 8 teams for current year and eliminate districts for next year
