Master Playdowns UpdateThe Master Districts will not be held this year.
We currently have 16 teams entered into this year’s Master’s Playdowns. In an effort to allow maximum participation, a decision has been made to close the entries at 3:30 pm January 10, 2012 OR when we have reached 24 entries (whichever comes first).
If we do not receive any additional entries, the Southern Playdown will be a 16 team Triple Knockout. If, by the deadline, we have more than 16 teams, the Southerns will be a Double Knockout. The Southern Playdown will be at the Calgary Curling Club, February 3 – 6, 2012.
Please note as we have stated previously, this change is only for this year due to the closure of the Odgen Legion.
